Refund Policy

At IBRAHMIRINO LLC, we stand behind the quality of our work. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

1. Service-Based Refunds

As a digital marketing agency, our services are custom and time-intensive. Once work has commenced on a project or campaign, we are unable to offer full refunds. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.

2. Cancellation Window

You may cancel a service agreement within 48 hours of the initial payment for a full refund, provided no work has been initiated. To cancel within this window, contact us immediately at contact@ibrahmirino.com.

After 48 hours or once work has begun, cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement, and any hours already worked will be billed accordingly.

3. Monthly Retainer Services

For ongoing monthly retainer packages:

  • Cancellation must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle
  • No refunds are issued for the current billing period once services have begun
  • Any unused prepaid months beyond the cancellation notice period will be refunded on a pro-rata basis

4. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • We fail to deliver agreed-upon deliverables within the contracted timeline without prior notice
  • The delivered work materially fails to meet the agreed specifications
  • Technical errors on our end result in duplicate billing

Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with marketing results (e.g., ad performance, organic rankings) are not eligible, as results depend on multiple external factors beyond our direct control.

5. How to Request a Refund

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. No-Show & Missed Calls

Strategy sessions and onboarding calls that are missed without 24 hours notice are non-refundable. We will accommodate rescheduling once at no charge.
