By accessing this website or engaging our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

IBRAHMIRINO LLC provides digital marketing services including but not limited to: SEO & content strategy, paid advertising management, social media marketing, email & SMS campaigns, web design & CRO, and analytics & reporting.

The specific scope of services for each client is defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall govern.

3. Use of Website

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or related systems
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the website without express written permission
• Transmit any unsolicited advertising or spam

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide accurate information and timely feedback
• Grant necessary access to platforms, accounts, and assets required to deliver services
• Make payments in accordance with the agreed billing schedule
• Refrain from using deliverables in any unlawful manner

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom deliverables produced by IBRAHMIRINO LLC for the client become the client's property, unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement.

The website, brand assets, templates, and proprietary methodologies of IBRAHMIRINO LLC remain our exclusive intellectual property. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

6. Payment Terms

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in the Service Agreement. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 15 days past due.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is." While we strive to deliver excellent results, we make no guarantees regarding specific marketing outcomes (e.g., rankings, conversion rates, revenue increases), as these depend on numerous factors outside our control including market conditions, algorithm changes, and client actions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IBRAHMIRINO LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Boulder County, Colorado.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website or our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
